Office Hours: Therapy sessions will be scheduled personally, with your individual therapist. Sessions can be scheduled between 7:00am and 9:00pm Monday through Friday, and by appointment on Saturday and Sunday. |

Self Help:
We've developed a self-help screening to find some of the indicators that suggest mental health issues. It's not a medical procedure but it does offer you a confidential way to detect some problem areas. You do not have to identify yourself in any way and there are no records kept about your answers to the simple Yes and No questions used to make the assessment.
